Garden of Life Living Multi Optimal Women's Formula Review

While I eat a variety of foods, I don't always belief I am getting the necessary nutrition. Through the years I've taken vitamins. I have laughed at my husband when he commented that he could feel a burst of energy when he took his choice in vitamins. If I'm going to be honest, I've always felt tired to the point I tell my husband I just have chronic exhaustion.

Garden of Life Living Multi

Last week I started taking Garden of Life's Living Multi Optimal Women's Formula. It's the first time I've ever taken a whole food vitamin and mineral supplement. If you're not familiar with whole food nutrition it comes from living nutrient; rich in natural antioxidants. The Optimal Women's Formla is a unique women's blend, antioxidant rich with multiple vitamins A,C,E for women. It's designed to support women's health.

It's the first time I've felt increased energy.

The more I think about it I've been taking vitamins created in a lab. Remember the Vitamin Challenge we did awhile back where it showed how vitamins break down?  It shows there's something not quite right about the breakdown. I know my body knows exactly what do do with whole food and the Living Multi is recongized by my body as food, which has to be better on all fronts.

The Living Multi Optimal Women's formula contains 80 whole food concentrates. The ingredients include red clover, calcium from a natural source, balanced levels fo B vitamins, folic acid, iron and complexes of vitamins  and minerals that have been made more body-ready by probiotic microorganisms and their enzymes, and are created through Garden of Life's exclusive and proprietary Poten-Zyme fermentation process.

I've always been told to take vitamins with food so they don't upset the stomach.  Sometimes even then my stomach felt queasy. Because Living Multi is whole foods, the nutrients are easily digested and recognized as food by the body.  The multi also contains necessary "tools" to help the body with proper absorption and be utilized by the body like probiotics, prebiotics, organic acids and antioxidants.

Here's a glimpse of some of the benefits of taking Garden of Life's Living Multi Optimal Women's Formula.

  • Whole Food Nutrition from Living Nutrients
  • Rich in Natural Antioxidants
  • Unique Women's Blend
  • Poten-Zyme Process: Whole Food Nutrition
  • Modulate Immune System Function
  • Promote Optimal Digestion and elimination
  • Improve Energy and Performance.
  • Reduce risk factors of age-related neuro-degeneration
  • Reduce risk factors for obesity

I'm feeling far better than I have in a long time. Getting out of bed is easier and I'm not run down by noon, or three. I just keep going.

The only draw back to the Living Multi is the recommended serving is six capsules.

In my experience, the Living Multi Optimal Women's Formula are the best vitamins I've taken. The boost my energy and have me feeling incredibly well. I'm recommending them.
