Quench Summer Heat #Switch2BODYARMOR #BringIt #ad

This post is brought to you by BodyArmor SuperDrink.

My daughter loves soccer. She spent last week at British Soccer Camp, learning new skills and improving her technique.

It's a heat wave here with temperatures in the 100s. Add to the heat, a state of the art soccer complex complete with artificial turf and a child who can't handle the heat just walking out the door and you have the makings for serious dehydration.

Last year, her first day of soccer camp had her wanting to quit, this year, she just engulfed herself in it all.

She's 13 years old and while she may love the sport, mom here is very cognisant of hydration. As her parents, we push water, but sometimes she needs more.

Sports drinks let me down with the artificial ingredients. It took us forever to even find one both my kiddos would drink. Sometimes, when that sun is heating up the field and the game is moving fast, electrolytes are needed. Miss M learned to alternate between water and the sports drink.

We partnered with BodyArmor to keep my kids going through Soccer Camp and at home.

Created by the co-founder of Vitaminwater, Mike Repole, and founder of Fuze Beverage and NOS Energy Drink, Lance Collins, BodyArmor is a choice that makes leading sports drinks bland and boring.

Now MacKenzie can quench her thirst with any of their nine delicious flavors:

  • fruit punch
  • orange mango
  • strawberry banana
  • tropical punch
  • blackout berry
  • mixed berry
  • grape
  • watermelon strawberry
  • lemonade.

Each of the eight flavors contains coconut water, two and a half times the electrolytes of traditional sports drinks and are low in sodium.

We received six flavors of BodyArmor and the question became, would the kiddos drink it?

The kiddos found the drinks to be light and refreshing. They have a hint of sweetness, very subtle.

BODYARMOR LYTE has all the same nutrients as BODYARMOR. It is naturally sweetened and has only 20 calories per serving. It is the perfect drink to replenish your body after a quick run or gym glass.

BodyArmor SuperDrink Backed by Kobe Bryant

It’s a brand that Kobe Bryant and other high-profile athletes like Buster Posey, Andrew Luck, all believed in enough to write checks for stakes in BodyArmor. The brand also is endorsed by superstar athletes such as James Harden, Mike Trout, Dustin Johnson, Richard Sherman, Dez Bryant, Anthony Rizzo, Skylar Diggins and several others.

The Washington Spirit has signed a partnership with BODYARMOR, making it the Official Sports Drink of the team for the 2016 season.

My kiddos don’t know any of the athletes, except maybe Kobe, and it doesn’t seem to matter. They love the taste of Body Armor and the way it makes their body feel.

BodyArmor SuperDrink is Gluten-Free and contains Natural Ingredients

I love that they are gluten-free, contains natural ingredients, no caffeine and come in 16 oz bottles. We can throw them in the cooler or gym bag so they are ready to go when we are.  As a mom, I also love that DrinkBODYARMOR.com is available at Kroger, Target, all places I shop.
